Thanks, I actually just realized this a few hours before reading your reply, that B+ has that 1GB interface and also a better performance. So I cancelled my order for the USB/LAN card and ordered a B+ instead. Should arrive in a few days so cannot wait to see if this will do the trick!
Just tried it out with the new B+: Whether if I use the installation I had of WTWARE or a brandnew one, all I get is a black screen.
I´m thinking that this could be due to using v 5.6.24, instead of the latest one. The problem is that if I use the latest, I do not get the option to install "wtware for x86".
Could someone help out here please?
PS: I tried my libreelec sdcard to see if there´s any issues with the pi, but that worked fine.
WTware 5.6.24 released on 10 January 2018.
Raspberry 3B+ released on 14 March 2018.
Install new WTware version, that is released after 3B+ and it will make SD for 3B+.
WTware for x86 on USB is "BOOT USB" button in top left corner of configurator.
Thanks, will try this tomorrow! Also gave a thought to the wtware installer version pre and post b+, so I´m glad you´ve explained how what I need can be done with the most recent build.
