Post by i7one9 » Wed Apr 10, 2019 8:04 pm

I am testing out WTware on Raspberry Pi 3B+'s in a call center environment. I have a fresh install of Windows Server 2016 (Desktop Experience) and am able to RDP from the Pi's to the server. However, the Pi's are continuously losing connection to the server. Pasted below is a section from a WTware terminal log file:

Server broke connection without any comments to client. Some information may be in server events. If no, something should be fixed somewhere. From ethernet switch power source to servicepacks on server. Server doesn't tell us what is wrong so I can not specify more precisely.
