Two similar MACs can not live in the same network.
Two similar CPU IDs can.

When you find onboard WiFi is too weak and start using external USB WiFi with antenna, it requires third license for same device...

Concurrent licenses may help, but it takes up to a week to release unused MAC after last usage.

http://wtware.com/licensing/terms.html
"License is bound to computer network card MAC-address (Ethernet or WiFi MAC-address of the card, that connects terminal to network)."
You need two licenses.
