Sent email for Static to Concurrent license migration - No response

Hello,I have sent an urgent email to license@wtware.com regarding a request to switch my current licenses from Static to Concurrent.All my account details, registration email, and corporate static IP have already been provided in that private email. However, I have not received a reply yet, and we urgently need to complete this migration for our production environment.Could an administrator please check the licensing inbox and help me process this change?Thank you in advance
