WTware RDP client

Good afternoon.

We use WTware with an RDP client and have enabled the audio and microphone feature. However, when the USB device is disconnected, after a while it disconnects the session and displays the message "I'm tired." How can I solve this issue?

Also, do not unplug sound device. It never helps and may makes worse.
