black boxes rdp windows 11

Kindly note that we're having a black boxes in the background on the user's screen connected rdp to the server. The problem appeared after upgrading to windows 11, raspberry py connecting to windows 10 servers still working normally.
kindly find attached the log file and a screen shot of the problem.
