RDP redirection

Post by damir.ruff »

Hello,
we are trying to permit users to put other USB, except USB that we give them.
I was able to do that in TC options USB->Redirect and put HW ID everything works fine, but when i detach USB and try to log in into RDSH it says "GFX pipe closed".
When i re-attach USB back i can normally login in into RDSH server.
Is there any way to fix this?

Best regards,

Hello,
on Thin Client we have plugged in smart card, CD-ROM and USB stick.
CD-ROM and USB are redirected by HW ID, everything works OK after i restart Thin Client i can log in into RDSH and if i take out USB or CDROM i got that error "GFX pipe closed" or "Pipe closed" when i login. After i plug in the USB stick i can login normally inside.( i cannot see CDROM anymore after that )
The interesting thing is that this happens only one time after that if i unplug USB stick works OK until i restart Thin Client and i must restart Thin client because i cannot see the CD-ROM anymore.
I have send you logs on support@wtware.com.

Best regards,
Damir
