I would like to request the ability for OpenVPN to perform a user/password based authentication in addition to the existing certificate based authentication. This is useful for environments that require two factor authentication (something you have, like certificates, and something you know, like user/password).

Write your own openvpn.cfg with "auth-user-pass" line without file name. WTware should ask for login and password. Also, you may save username and password in plaintext (unsecure!) to not input it on every boot: viewtopic.php?p=82717#p82717
