I'm currently experiencing an issue where I seem unable to get logs from the terminal. When I click "PRESS here to get log from terminal", I get the following output:

Close connection with wtc.exe.
Send WTCU discover to 10.1.1.7.
Send WTCU discover to 10.1.1.7.
Send WTCU discover to 10.1.1.7.
Send WTCU discover to 10.1.1.7.
Connection from wtc.exe at 10.1.1.7.

The "PRESS here" then becomes greyed out and unavailable. I have tried restarting the terminals but end up with the same output as before.

ast line in log "Connection from wtc.exe at 10.1.1.7." and grayed button is right behaviour. Button is grayed when WTware Center is connected to terminal. Button will be gray until connection lost (terminal reboot, for example).

There is- no "syslog=" line in terminal config?

Reboot terminal. Do not connect with configurator. Instead, try to open terminal IP in web browser. What will be in "terminal log" in browser?
