Touch monitor

Hi,
I have a portable touch monitor that I'm connecting to a 3B+.
The touch interface is meant to work by connecting the monitor with a USB cable and the HDMI for video.
This was working for me and now for some reason it stopped working. The monitor is fine as i have tested it on another PC.
Anyone have any ideas?
