Problem with using Word 2016 software on a Windows Server 2016 RDP

Hello everyone,

I have a problem when using Word 2016 software in remote desktop, the mouse cursor remains frozen when I move the mouse and I write at the same time. So I have several cursors on the screen.

I have attached a screenshot of my problem.

I have the same problem.
It occurs as soon as you enter text anywhere.
