i've attached the screenshot. Is there any way of troubleshooting this?

Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
Out of disk space?
User has no rights to write to "C:\ProgramData\WTware" (or where you installed WTware) ?
Send "C:\ProgramData\WTware\Logs\wtc.log" to support@wtware.com

Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
hello,
basically the user has permission to write at this destination, and there is enough disk space.
strange thing - I have multiple installations of wtware installed for testing purposes - maybe this is a problem.
here is a snippet from the wtc.log file

Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
None of these lines are related to update image. Phrase "multiple installations of wtware" sounds terrible. Uninstall everyting and make single installation with default paths. Different versions should live together, just install new version over elder one.
Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
yeah was thinking about that - but how should I handle the different raspberry pi and windows versions? - atm I have one raspberry pi version, one version for x86, and one special version for x86 with dual monitor rotate setting.
how are you going to plan the updates? - is the dual monitor rotate stuff included in the next x86 update?

Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
There is no "special version". All useful should be included into next build.
Re: Remote update files in 5.6.20 not working
ok perfect, thank you
do you have any roadmap for releasing a new build?

New build is released after fixing significant bug or adding feature.
