WTware USB boot

I created a USB boot drive with WTware PRO 4.6.1
My HP t5630w thin client boots from this drive just fine but when I tried to use the same drive to boot an HP gt7720 thin client, a Dell e6400 laptop, and two Dell gx620 workstatios all I get is a black screen with a blinking '_' cursor in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. All of these machines are capible of booting from USB and I have the boot order set properly in the BIOS. I have tried reinstalling WTware on the drive many times but I always get the same result.
Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
