USB Camera redirect to windows server 2016

Post by DaniJD »

good evening
Following the tutorial to enable RemoteFX for the redirection of devices in remote service.
Testing both in mstsc and wtware software, the webcam does not recognize me.
using the parameter in UEFI & Raspberry pi4:

usb = "port", debug

I see that it recognizes the camera in USB bus.
Windows 10 home dont

After this I get this error:

Code: Select all

INTERNAL ERROR
WTware 6.0.34/UEFI
File: globalConfig.cpp
Line:2193
Please, report this information to WTware tech support
Waiting answer

https://wtware.com/logs.html

"2. Remove all lines from terminal configuration file. Absolutely all." is important.

"File:globalConfig.cpp Line:2193" is about sound, not about usb=.

I made some changes, now the camera detects me and installs the driver on the server, but when executing a program for the recognition of peripherals (mic, camera), a pop-up window appears with the word "Im Tired", after this you have to log in again and then it no longer recognizes the device.

Why does this happen? What can I do since they are necessary?

Thanks for your answer, there was a solution to the incompatibility on the camera, but one part is solved and another breaks down, disabling the hardware sound card, I would not want this part since it is needed by the speakers that the academy has, the academy has some raspberries but these are adapted with the ncomputing software and everything is fine. Could these features be improved for this situation?

The camera is redirected, it runs correctly, this camera has a mic, this is shown as a secondary driver or driver in the audio management.
But the audio does not come from the pc or raspberry, it only shows an output driver and this is the one from the server and the internal sound card of the device does not recognize me.
The speakers are not USB output, they are jack connector.
When the Sound = on parameter comes out perfectly, I would like that when redirecting the camera, the camera would detect me and the controller was independent of the remote mic, I would not take it as one

I would appreciate it if you would help me with this.
