Pi 3 boot over network without sd not working

Hello, I've got a trouble. I have Raspberry Pi 3 and i want to boot by network without sd. I use the dhcp server on Mikrotik. If I use network boot with sd card, all working, but without sd it isn't working. Can you help me ?

Read TFTP service log on Mikrotik. There will be some "file not found" because files are placed in different folders. Put files that raspberry is looking for into right folders.
