4.9.27 Boot to USB config error

I'm trying to install WTware 4.9.27 onto a formatted USB jumpdrive and I am getting the following message when trying to do so. I am logged into Windows with local Administrative rights. I have tried to format this same USB drive from two differen PCs(one Windows 7 64-bit and the other Windows Server 2003 32-bit). Is there a reason this error is coming up? Thanks.
