Hello
On Monday, December 11, we made the payment for a wtware license,
but as of today we still do not receive the email with the address, username and password to be able to generate the license.

He has already sent several emails to
license@wtware.com attaching the copy of the purchase, but nobody answers me.
The email with which the purchase was made is
