TI-GO

Thin Client: https://www.ti-go.com/

We have a little issue when we try to install WTware using USB procedure.

The system starts well and works well but when we start the install
procedure we got the follow message:

*Hard Disk not found .Disk should be attached to IDE0 as Master. IDE
should be enable in Bios*

My device uses a SSD disk labeled as MCBLK1.

Could you help me to fix this error?

Thanks.

When you see the error on screen, pres Esc to get command line.
Then take a log (the last case "Directly from terminal, when terminal failed to connect to network"): https://wtware.com/docs5/logs.html
And send it to me.
