* Chromium on Raspberry Pi 2 and Pi 3.

* Licenses for Raspberry Pi. Without license in draws banner as for x86. The latest free WTware for Raspberry Pi version was 5.4.24: http://wtware.com/files/wtware.5.6.24.en.exe

Yes. Local web browser, running (slowly) on Raspberry without connection to windows server.

Since 5.8.2 version there are no free licenses for Raspberry Pi.
