USB redirection

Post by sandertjah1988 »

Hi folks,

we are planning to use WTWare with our windows server 2012.
everyhing works great except USB printers.

We have 2 usb printers on each workstation:

Brother QL-570 label printer and Zebra GK420D printer.

i tried different option like rdp_printer, printer=usb, serial=com etc.... but i cant get it to work.

Is it impossible to redirect these 2 USB printers?

It is impossible to redirect these 2 USB printers if everything you tell "can't get it to work".
Show me all testing results. Screenshot of every step you do and logs after you tried to print http://wtware.com/logs.html

Good night, I have the following scenario: RPI3 with Wtware connecting via RDP on a Windows 7. In this win7, I have software that needs to communicate via USB that has a USB X SERIAL converter.
I have already connected bar code readers to the USB port and I can use it inside the RDP.
But using the converter, I can not simulate the connection. I would like to understand how and the usb port redirection process.
