i can't access log through configurator due to the connection problem so i tried to access them directly from my rpi but how can i access command line after the error ? because i can only give you the boot logs not the connection error logs

It's small part of log. Not the full log.

Command line needed when there is no network. When terminal connected to network, you can read log in web browser from another computer in the same network as Pi.

I know where the error comes from, my ip is dynamic this is why i couldn't connect :/ here's another question is it possible to connect through a dns like no-ip ?

The server must have static IP. Client can use dynamic IP. We have never tried a dns like no-ip, but I see no problems with this.
