Rasberry Pi3 and Terminal Server help

Good Evening.

I am new to the WTware product but what I have seen so far it seems to fit our requirement exactly...

Bit of background.

We host a RDS service for our clients and we were looking to roll out a standard image and platform for all the PC's that are coming to end of life. We have purchase a few Raspberry Pi 3 devices to see if they will allow our clients to remotely connect to our hosted RDS Apps and RDS Terminal Server. Which i believe it can. (we don't want to use the Raspberry Pi OS or Windows IoT as neither provide the full function for RDP and printing etc from what we can see).

The users need to be able to use their locally connected printers, both USB or IP based. We need to be able to use a URL (hosted offsite) for the server (so far it keeps prompting for IP instead which will be no good as these will change over time).

We also would like to install our remote support app via Solarwinds to be able to manage them offsite. it will also need to prompt for Active Directory username and password (with option to save credentials)

I want to be able to install this onto a SD card and everything boot off that.

I have downloaded the configurator tool but once configured i only seem to get to a black screen with configuration settings for WiFi or Ethernet etc... i can't get past it.

i wondered if the above is viable and if there are any Videos to set it up... currently all the useful videos i have found are not in English.

if someone could help me test and implement i would be very greatful.

i'll look forward to hearing your comments...

Who prompted for IP for server? Screen photo, please.

Manage Pi with WTware with Solarwind?

Past what?

Did you understand WTware itself is operating system running on bare hardware, not windows application?

It looks like the above link... is there any guide on how to setup on PI from scratch to work with a remote terminal server?

we have a remote agent that works for Linux, so would have link this to be possible in the back end..

There are a tons of text just below 'download' section: http://wtware.com/index.html#download

But it should be intuitive, self-documented. Show me YOUR screen photo, where you come into troubles, and we'll try to change it.

Show me a link to this agent. Google only shows me monitoring, not manage.
