issues using shell in the configuration file

Post by belac »

Hello,

I want to use this to provide a kiosk like system with only a browser for students. I was trying to use firefox but when connecting multiple rp2's i get a firefox error because its already running. I tried the -no-remote switch option in the shell parameter but it did not help. I saw a post on the firefox forums that using: firefox.exe -profile "%temp%\profilename" works (for rdp sessions in general, not with wtware) but i am unable to enter percent signs in the config file. any suggestions?

Hello,
I've just added symbol '%' as acceptable for shell parameter in configurator. It will be in the next WTware version. You may edit your configuration file in text editor (notepad, far etc.) and specify your line.
