Hi absolute newbie here.

I setup my raspberry Pi3 to run as a thinclient to my Windows Server 2003 machine. I have been using it since May and initially had no problems at all!

Since some time in June though I keep getting a) frozen screens b) error message saying TCP/IP unavailable? or it says try connecting using mstsc.exe, which I believe i already am.

It happens at least 6 to 7 times a day now and I really need some help getting it fixed.

There are 2 other thin clients (not raspberry) and one old computer using Remote desktop connecting to this server and they work just fine.

Any suggestions?

Please, create and send us to support@wtware.com terminal log file when it freezes and when it sends error message. To create log enter terminal IP in browser address line from another computer in the network.
