Hello,

In order to preserve settings , what is the best approach to upgrade WTware server from 5.4.20 to 5.4.32?
Do i need to uninstall old version first? or just install new version without uninstalling old one?

1. Install new version over previous. Do not uninstall old one.
2. Nothing changed on devices when you install new version on the server. You should rewrite SD (in case of local boot) or change version in WTware Center for this device (in the case of network boot).

If you are using an alternative DHCP server, option 67 must also be updated for the subnet(s) to serve the new version images as well.
