Local boot from SD card:
1. Format SD by this utility: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
During formatting make sure to turn on FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT: ON

2. Copy SD-localboot directory contents to card. Do not copy SD-localboot folder, it's only files and subfolders. Files bcm2709-rpi-2-b.dtb, bootcode.bin etc. should be placed to card root directory.
3. Insert card into Raspberry Pi2.
4. Turn on.

Network boot:
1. Format SD card the same as for boot from SD.
2. Copy SD-netboot directory contents to card. Do not copy SD-netboot folder, it's only files and subfolders. Files bcm2709-rpi-2-b.dtb, bootcode.bin etc. should be placed to card root directory.
3. Insert card into Raspberry Pi2.
4. Copy TFTPDROOT directory contents to TFTP service root. If you want to boot from computer with WTware installed, copy TFTPDROOT contents to "C:\Program Files (x86)\WTware\TFTPDROOT\"
5. In DHCP 067 parameter specify: 201505301442\kernel7.img Build date is helpful when you upgrade to next version.
6. Turn on.

Configuration files structure is the same as for common WTware. You can use graphic configurator, only remember, that half of parameters are not supported yet. And video mode configuration is stored in config.txt file on SD card. On Raspberry Pi2 manufacturer site you can find all settings for this file.

Sound, FAT32/exFAT/NTFS disks, printers, scanners, USB-COM ports redirection should work.

Build does not need license and draws no banner. It's free. All PR and reviews on other sites are welcome.

It's old document. Just use wizard in wtware configurator to create SD for local or network boot. It became more simple now.
