Pi4 running 16bit colour not 32bit

Hi,

i'm trialing the software for a cctv solution and i'm noticing i can't run my PI4 in 32 bit colour and the colour seems to be washed out in a terminal service.

attached are the configs
can anyway assist on why i can't get full colour from my PI

Try wtware version 5.8.78. Show me the same log if it still doesn't work. Real color depth is in the end of the log, line:
