Second Monitor does not sleep

I am trying to get the monitors connected to my raspberry pi4 to both sleep. I have the line "sleep=15,standby" in my configuration file. The first monitor goes to sleep correctly, however, the second monitor stays on. The monitors connected with micro-hdmi to dvi cables.

This build does not boot at all. Using the same config it does not even get to the initial boot where I can hit "delete" to get into the initial set-up. If I switch back to the previous version with the same config it boots correctly.

Please try this:

If it does not get to "Press Del to enter Setup", possibly something is wrong with SD card. Reformat it with SD formatter
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ and reinstall wtware. Config file is read later than it writes "press del".
