I am using one of the more popular raspberry pi 4 cases the argon one. On raspian i can just install the fan software and it runs. With wtware the fan turns on when the pi boots and then once wtware loads the fan shuts off. Is there anyone for me. To use this case fan? It gets very hot without it.

No way. Argon fan software is written on Python. Python interpreter is larger than WTware itself. Kick Argon so that they write system software on C.

BTW, native Raspberry fan driver for Pi PoE HAT is written on C, embedded in kernel and works out-of-box.
