Hello,
I'm a new user, and when i have tested wtware, for the first time i have two problem :
In first, the keyboard doesn't works correctly : uppercase lowercase letters are reversed

Secondly there is a problem detected in .log, an example follows : 11-45-37-0600| [gm] bitmap.h ( 94), w: -- ERROR -- INTERNAL ERROR. Please, contact WTware tech support.

I sent you the log, i send you one more time the file in attachment
