OK... what about brother printers? Are they OK? Some have network capability built in but i was going to use them via USB because it saves using another network port

I know only that canon capt printer don't work. Either no one tried wtware with brother, or it works with no problems. Network capability is very good sign. As far as i know, canon capt never had network capabilities.

1. connect printer directly to server first. print test page.
2. configure everything as in our docs.
3. twice check terminal ip you write into tcp port. ping it while terminal with printer is on. ping should pass. then turn terminal off and ping again. pings should disappear.
4. if no success, send us logs.
