Licenses are stored in: C:\ProgramData\WTware\Everyone\wtware.lic It's a text file. Try to edit it with Notepad (right click in Explorer, Open with). Have you enough permissions to save it without running Notepad as Administrator? Try to remove this file. You can get all your licenses in a single 'w...

There is no general solution for "USB device". Possibly, there is no way to change default behavior for RDP connections. USB flash stick is visible without any tricks. USB printer is visible for users that have right to print. USB smartcards are not visible and I know no methods to make it...

I have never seen such problem before. RPi4 aborts downloading with ERR. I don't know why. Try to reflash EEPROM.Try another RPi4. Use pi4default-eeprom-nnn or "Recovery" from official RPi site https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/ to restore SD boot on this RPi4.
