If RPI2 loads configs from TFTP (network boot or local boot), it downloads gifs from TFTP server, folder C:\ProgramData\WTware\Graphic\sample. It should be fixed in 5.4.16.

On x86, WTware supports dual screen on motherboards with two video connectors. So we can do it for Pi2.
But we have never tried USB video.
Did you try USB-DVI adapter with Windows? I think it should be terribly slow.
