Do not write "5.4.40\wtware.pxe". Doubleclick on 067 line and check server autodetection.

Does your monitor support 1920x1080 resolution? Does Raspbian work on this Pi 2 with this SD and this monitor? Please, try another SD card. Then, remove this line: disable_splash=1 from config.txt. Will rainbow screen appear? If nothing helps, try "local boot, OS files on SD" mode in wizar...
