I see no errors in log.
Mouse works outside corrupted RDP session, so it's not a hardware problem.
Perhaps, some kind of mouse software or driver for exotic mouse installed on server. Which process do you see in Task Manager running in RDP session just after Login, before you run anything?

all.wtc contains only parameters. It can't contain any connections, so as displayName can't be there.

2. TFTP uses random UDP port. UDP 69 is not enough.
You need VPN to walk over Wan link.
