Re: Unable to upgrade from 5.8.22 to 5.8.26

You should use only one way from enlisted, which corresponds to your terminal. If you terminal boot by network with our DHCP, do only the actions described in Terminal boots by network Please, determine which way you need for your terminal and then send me to support@wtware.com all performed actions...

Re: Pi 3 boot over network without sd not working

Read TFTP service log on Mikrotik. There will be some "file not found" because files are placed in different folders. Put files that raspberry is looking for into right folders.

It says - "send me by e-mail to Wtware". But it is not sent. You should send it by yourself.

I can not make any comments until you show me logs. At first, make log with video=i915(f) with both monitors attached.

Re: ERROR - Reading Smart Card

Driver reports errors and can not communicate with card. Try to update reader firmware. If firmware update is not possible, seems reader will not work with wtware.

Re: Mouse artefacts in word (raspi/x86)

WTware is not rdesktop. We use our own RDP client. I see no errors in log. Did you save log after you saw issues on screen? Please, make me screen video with issue, move camera as close to screen as possible to see details.

Re: New Raspberry Pi 3B+

Which DHCP server do you use? Read DHCP server documentation about next-server option. There are two fields in DHCPOFFER about next (boot, TFTP) server address. Perhaps, your DHCP needs both to be specified.
