I have one users at a clients location that keeps saying they get: “I’m tired” or “Main Pipe Closed” or “GFX Pipe Closed” on their raspberry pi 4 terminal I checked out the logs and I do see these errors happening but they state that it's due to an internal error and to contact WTware support. to me...

Display Parameter not working I have a user that is claiming that he needs to have the text be larger on his screen due

I have a user that is claiming that he needs to have the text be larger on his screen due to eye sight issues and the only way I can see to do this would be to set the display parameter to a lower resolution then the native for the screen. When I do this and reboot the Pi not change is seen at all. ...

Thank you and I apologize, I've made the following changes: a) Updated my WTware to 5.8.72 b) updated to the same on the pi Rebooted the pi and logged into my terminal, both screens work now. I just hope me ignoring the basics will help others...again sorry for failing to do the basics before postin...
