Screen refresh rate
Hi there, I'm currently connecting to a Windows XP machine via RDP with WTware (Raspberry). I have a program that shows me an animation. The animation runs slow, but whenever I move my mouse, the animation runs super smooth. Is there an option I can enable to set the refresh rate to maximum (and not...

CanoScan Scanner RDP redirection
Hi, I'm currently trying to redirect my Canon Scanner via usb redirection to my Windows Server 2016. I already tested SaneTwain. It works, but I can't use the scanner with my program (it requires a local scanner) so I'm forced to use USB redirection. I tried redirecting my scanner using usb = xxx. W...

Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
I reinstalled Ubuntu MATE and wasn't able to redirect my smartcard reader. Then I realized i had to give the ttyUSB device permissions- sudo chmod go+rw /dev/ttyUSB0 After that, it worked without problems. Any chance this is related to the problem WTware has? Readme: The installation requires root a...

Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
I set up an old Widows XP machine with RS232 port to monitor both the original (RS232) and RS232 to USB connection. I add them as attachment. I had to shorten the log due to personal informations. Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
Hello, I did the exact same operation on the server but the two devices are different. On the USB version I have to enter a pin on the device when the server application tries to communicate with the device. Thats not necessary on the R232 version. Other than that, I did the same read operation. Is ...

Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
Hi, I added the USB version debug log as an attachment. I did not find any rdesktop command to debug the working R232 version using Ubuntu MATE. Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
Thanks for your reply. Yes the standard configuration of the device is: – 115200 Baud – 8 databits – even parity – 1 stopbit When I try to communicate with the smart card reader the reader turns on but crashes and requires a restart. Some more info: I have the smartcard reader in two different versi...

Re: WTware - using chip card reader terminal with Raspberry v3
Any idea why it works on Ubuntu mate (using rdesktop with no modification) and not with WTware? Normal settings for the device should be: 115200 Baud 8 data bits even parity 1 stop bit Here the log: WTware 5.6.16 WTware 5.6.16/RPi supervisor.
