No. WTware writes directly with video card memory. External agent can not see wtware screen.

What are the best features in SimpleHelp? We currently write our own remote assistant and may implement some features.

We are evaluating using SimpleHelp remote control software. It has agents for Windows and Linux. Is it possible to install on the agent on WTware? We have gotten VNC to work, but we would love to have all of the remote control links in one application for the technicians.
