Good evening,
doing tests for the installation of the software for an academy, I found a problem for the installation or recognition of a USB mic. After making the respective configurations for the detection of the device and testing it by windows mstsc.exe, I check and add parameters for perfect operation, in the mstsc.exe software the microphone recognizes me if "record from this computer" is activated, but It does not detect it on my device in windows with its respective driver.

In the USB bus section it recognizes it but does not support it, (https://thronmax.com/?product=thronmax-fireball)

I would like you to help me with this since in the situation we are in, the PCs should have the zoom app and this leads to having devices for recording (camera, mic, audio, etc)
