Logging manual https://wtware.com/logs.html
2. Remove all lines from terminal configuration file. Absolutely all. Think what should be in configuration file to reproduce the error. For example, if you have problem with usb barcode scanner, specify only server= and serial= parameters. You will recover all your lines after as soon as we solve current problem.
Read the terminal configuration and remove any lines you are unsure about. First, remove the line "turnoffmenu="

If that doesn't help, follow the instructions to capture the log and send it to support@wtware.com

Terminal turning off after wrong password

Hello,
I am using WTware with Windows Server RDP sessions.
When a user enters wrong credentials in WTware, there is a message shown that username or password are wrong.
After clicking OK the terminal turns off completely.
How do I prevent the terminal from turning off? I need the login screen back after the warning message, so the user can try again.
