We tested with several webcam models (including Genius FaceCam), but the result was the same. It also doesn’t work in RAW mode.
Did you test several servers?
2019 or 2022, just installed and updated, not joined into domain, with native Microsoft Camera application will work with wtware camera redirection.

Tell me what is the difference between your server and just installed one not altered with settings and policies, and we'll make camera working on your.

Also, which application do you use to display camera?

We’re having an issue with the webcam redirection feature introduced in WTware version 6.2.40 (14.10.2024), specifically for RDP webcam redirection to Windows Server 2019 and newer.

Despite multiple attempts, we haven’t been able to successfully redirect a webcam image in a remote desktop session. The camera is recognized and shows up as a connected device, but no video feed is displayed.

We tested with several webcam models (including Genius FaceCam), but the result was the same. It also doesn’t work in RAW mode.

Has anyone managed to get this working? Are there any known limitations, extra configuration steps, or logs we should check? Could this be specific to certain devices or webcam models?
