1. Reinstall safenet driver on server.
2. http://wtware.com/logs.html

First step may be important, please do not ignore it.

Different machine, but identical model.

Before experimenting with your debug version, I opted to test 6.2.2 to definitively rule out any potential configuration, motherboard, or USB port-related issues. Regrettably, the signtool froze once more, reinforcing the notion that the problem lies beyond these variables.

Log attached.

Not the same machine, but the same model.
Before trying your debug version i tried with 6.2.2 just to confirm it was not a configuration/motherboard/usb port issue, and the signtool freezed again.

With 6.2.3 it worked.

SafeNet eToken (0529:0620)

I have a SafeNet 5110 eToken FIPS (0529:0620) that i redirected via the "smartcard" option on WTWare, i can install the card and the SafeNet Tools inside the VM can access the token just fine, but when i will use the token to sign a executable, it just freezes the signtool, i'll attach the WTWare logs in a zip file (file too large) with "debug" and "debug_pcscd" from the moment i rebooted the thinclient, connected to the vm, and ran the signtool to access the eToken.
