WTware RDP client

PS: canon LBP will not work with printer= and rdp_printer=
We hаve reports about running Canon LBP with this thing: viewforum.php?f=27 But it's quite high level of magic.

More information on my current setup:
i have a windows 2012 r2 VM running on vsphere and i my rasp pi is connecting to there. i have installed the printer driver and i already tested printing directly from the server. the rasp pi boots normally but every time i do add the printer using the instructions from this http://wtware.com/docs5/printer.html , there's no response on the printer.

Hello everyone! I'm new here. I am tasked by my company to research on thin clients and currently im leaning forward to WTware. but first i have to get all these printers working before i can recommend this to my manager.
printer support (epson l120,l220,l3110)
(canon LBP 2900)
(epson PLQ-20,PLQ-20M)

i have setup a rasp pi 4 with "printer=usb" on the config file but i cant get it to work on epson PLQ-20M. It's the first printer that i am testing cause it's very crucial to our operation. i need help from anyone.

i also tried "rdp_printer=EPSON PLQ-20 ESC/P2", still no luck.
