Linux :)

You'll got 2003 server desktop on the screen. Do not think about OS.

Hi all:
i am new user here.i have 15 old workstation so i and my colleague want to have a thin client network with these work station.we want to have XP on workstation,and want to remove hard disk from case,now Can any one tell me how can i do this with WTware application ??(please step by step)
and when the old machines will boot ,which OS will they boot from 2003 server?
is it possible that we remove hard disk from case at first and then install wtware on 2003 server?
