Me too,
i''m using Raspberry PI4 with connnect to WLAN
but ,now i want to change to connect to LAN
I have Problem about active liences follow address MAC
how to active again when i using connect to Lan

Two similar MACs can not live in the same network.
Two similar CPU IDs can.

When you find onboard WiFi is too weak and start using external USB WiFi with antenna, it requires third license for same device...

Concurrent licenses may help, but it takes up to a week to release unused MAC after last usage.

You need two licenses.
