We implemented Network Level Authentication several years ago. It should work out of box and needs no configuration.

You REALLY need to implement Network Level Authentication........ this will enable better security on default installations.

There is no general "RDP version". RDP is a set of underlying protocols, all with their own versioning. You pay for features, not for version number. Tell me about specific feature you need, and we'll think if we can implement it now.

RDP version and future plans

Hi team,

Can I confirm what version of the RDP protocol is used in current wtware release (5.8.20)?
I assume it's RDP5?

Is there any plans to use RDP8 or higher or would there be consideration to have a paid version upgrade to cover licensing costs?

Cheers!
