I tried moving my mouse to both upper corners and across the top of the screen, didn't think to try the lower corners but this works fine. I appreciate the quick response and apologize for the dumb question!

I have a RPi setup to one terminal services server but the RPi will be used by several staff. If a user walks away letting the screen lock, which there is not option to "switch user" on from the lock screen - how can the next user exist the RDP session to restart it, aside from power cycling the RPi? I have been looking through the documentation and the forum but cannot find if there is a key combination to hit to accomplish this or not.
