WTware will not rewrite your EEPROM.
As far as I understand, the simplest method to update/recover Pi4 EEPROM is to boot once from recovery SD. Recovery SD Image is oficially available here:

Recovery SD image link name now with keywords vl805 and 000137ab : "https:// static.raspberrypi.org/files/rpi-boot-eeprom-recovery-2019-09-10-vl805-000137ab.zip".
