Im actually pretty miffed. I also just setup a dozen HP thinclients and what do you know? The client needs Dual Screen setup. Of course those thins run a VIA chip. FML. wtf over?

There are no linux drivers for last VIA graphic chip. It works with unified VESA driver now. This device will not show neither wide screen resolutions nor dual screen with wtware (and any other linux, as far as I know).

Hello,

I have the same problem.
Works flawless on a raspberry pi, that's why we testing it also on HP thinclients 510.
But also we have difficulties with connecting two monitors.

Hope a solution will come quick,
We have about 20 HP thinclients to install...

Dual monitors on HPT510 thin clients

Hi

I'm trying to get dual monitors to work on the HPT510 thin client.

None of the available video drivers seem to work for this device. I tried setting all possible drivers.

When going to "Configure video card" from the terminal management I can select the following drivers:

- viafb(F)
- openchrome(U)
- VESA(F)
- vesa(U)
